RANCH RULES

All Trophy Whitetail Bucks must be MATURE 8 PT. or better, Min. 3 1/2 yrs.

Hunters are allowed a Cull Buck at no extra cost. "Slick 8" pt. Bucks must be 2-1/2 yrs. Also MATURE spikes at least 2 1/2 yrs. old.

Doe may also be taken with LAND OWNERS PERMISSION.

All Bow hunters will be furnished with preset stands on feeders.

A Guide will take you too and from you stand.

Mechanical broad heads are allowed with permission from Land Owner.

Please have name or initials on all arrows before arrival.

If you violate any ranch rules or Texas State Laws, you and your group will be removed from the ranch AFTER the Game Warden has been notified.

NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED DURING HUNTING HOURS

NO EXCEPTIONS !

No littering......If you have trash before you leave......take trash home with you.

Guest are allowed @ $100/day, providing I have availability.

Report all hits of dead or wounded animals. DO NOT shoot animals in head. This is not ethical nor is it fatal.

NO CAMP FIRES....UNLESS APPROVED BY LAND OWNER.

We DO NOT allow the Draw Loc devise to be used.

Make every effort to find wounded animals; however do not enter another hunting area. Report to management and they will assist with tracking.

If you draw blood, it is considered a kill.

No Pets allowed.

All hunts will be conducted in designated hunting areas. DO NOT hunt out of your assigned area without permission from "Owner".

Any and all rules set by The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and Ranch, will be strictly enforced. Any hunter who choose not to abide by said regulations or Ranch Rules, will forfeit payment and be asked to leave the premises and will not be allowed back on Ranch.
